Office hours are typically 8:00-4:00 on weekdays, but our manufacturing area is busy after the office is closed.

Besides the U.S., we currently ship through our website directly to 62 countries around the world, including the UK, the EU, and Australia. We do not calculate or collect Duties and Import Taxes. If such applies in your country, you will be responsible for paying those charges upon delivery.

Time from Order to Ship

We are an actual manufacturer, not a just a distributor. As a manufacturer, our goal is to always have parts made and ready in our warehouse for immediate shipment. However, if we find there will be a delay in shipping beyond 2 business days, we will contact you with an estimated ready time and offer a you refund if you wish.
