Designed by American engineers and molded & assembled right here in the USA, this patented and surprisingly lightweight pulley features the rugged durability only available from today's engineering polymers. The bracket is made of tough polycarbonate for superior strength and impart resistance. The 2-1/2" nylon wheel with special bearing is self-lubricating for quiet and smooth extended service in all operating environments. The steel rivet is specially coated to resist rust in wet environments. Originally designed as a dog-run pulley to withstand daily punishment even from the larger breeds, this unique pulley has also proven itself in a wide variety of other home, industry, and recreational applications. This is a tough little pulley, but we always make it clear that it is not for overhead lifting, support of human weight, or other situations in which personal safety or valuable property could be endangered.
